Speeches by Gretchen Latowsky Gretchen Latowsky is the Director of the Community Technical Assistance Projects at the JSI Center for Environmental Health Studies. She served for 8 years as Executive Director of the Woburn citizen's group For A Cleaner Environment, Inc. and is a 19 year activist with Woburn environmental and health problems.
