1.  One of the Key points of any Association of ISP's
is interconnection.

2. The recent Afritel Summit revealed that if Africa
is going to rely on Governments, then the 'Digital
Divide' or the 'Optical Divide' will widen to the
detriment of Africans.

3.  I believe the ICT salvation of Africa depends
heavily on the Private Sector.

4.  I believe strongly that AFRISPA should think of
interconnecting in the long run.
