[dvd-discuss] RIAA At CA State Senate Hearing on P2P File Sharing

RIAA cries the blues at

Read this passage

"Most P2P users accidentally end up opening personal
files on their computers to strangers that they have no intention of sharing.
Sometimes the files are innocuous documents, but more often than not it is
financial data, credit card information or tax returns. A Hewlett-Packard of June of
2002 concluded: "a large number of users are currently sharing personal and
private files without their knowledge, and ?that other users are indeed taking
advantage of this and downloading files such as 'Credit Cards.xls' and e-mail files."

If you don't get rid of P2P to save us do it to save yourselves!
