Surely Google aren't *hosting* the stories - just providing links to hosts
in reply to queries?
Can't Google defend themselves against this abuse by claiming freedom of
the press? Effectively that's what they're doing isn't it? - they're
reporters reporting on the contents of internet (if you know what I mean).
The only difference between their actions and that of the staff of a newspaper
is that their 'reporter' is a machine.
