Hate to reply to my own message but I looked at rental info so some of the
movies were released in 2000. Heres the list from the internet movie database.
Gross
Movie
314,964,965 Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (2001)
287,573,505 The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)
267,652,016 Shrek (2001)
252,338,340 Monsters, Inc. (2001)
226,138,454 Rush Hour 2 (2001)
202,007,640 The Mummy Returns (2001)
198,539,855 Pearl Harbor (2001)
181,856,578 Ocean's Eleven (2001)
181,166,115 Jurassic Park III (2001)
180,011,740 Planet of the Apes (2001)
Sorry about that, I "think" rentals and they often roll over to the next year.
