On the face of it, prohibited by the author of the email,
who controls the copyright.
. . . that begs the question though . . . copyright
pertains to original works. Is an informational email
(essentially a form-letter w/ the proper information
filled-in-the-blanks) an original work? I doubt it.
Can a computer own a copyright (second paragraph says
this email was automatically generated)? Again, I
doubt it.
Finally, it says only an unintended recipient is
prohibited (if you were the intended recipient the
presumably you can pin it up in the public square
w/o recriminition). Perhaps there are privacy
laws that pertain to disseminating private information
regarding someone else's activities?
