I do not know the exact cases (actually I'm too lazy to look them up right
now) but the case law (in UK) for 'hefty' parcels is that either you send it
back to the sender as unsolicited mail at the sender's expense (i.e do not
put the return postage on it), or, in the alternative write to the sender and
say that he (or she) should make arrangements for its collection within N
days or else the package will be destroyed.
