I think if the recorded votes were facts, they would not be in such hot
water right now...  Much of the controversy is based on the suspected
voter fraud.  Assuming voter fraud has taken place, the votes would be a
work of fiction fixed in tangible form, and would receive copyright
protection.  Right?
