Well...as Ross Anderson has pointed out in the Diner's Club case in South Africa...the next time somebody says "you can't dispute the charge our system is infallible" the response is "it's been hacked and that's a reasonable defense"

Isn't it wonderful to know that that 'Freedom of Speech' really means the right to speak as long as it doesn't interfere with corporate profits?
