recall the name of the town.

Oddly, the web page appears to be in dutch, not german...

The rest of the link got deleted. I went to http://www.hbvl.be and did a 
search for 1300 it cane up on the  list  "Mickey Mouse".

Where is this drawing located at? I'm one of those mono-lingual Americans,.
