[dvd-discuss] license agreement?!

I just saw a new one (for me).  While copying a CD, I noticed the printing
on it saying "by inserting this CD into your CD-ROM drive, you are
agreeing to the license agreement in the accompanying documentation.".

of course:
a.) I don't care ;)
b.) I don't have accompanying documentation with the CD other than the
little book in the jewel case, which seems to have no agreement.
c.) I put it in my CD-RW drive, so I guess that's an exception since it's
not a CD-ROM drive!
