Well possession of tools means that somebody distributed them 
and if I tell someone else that's distributing - Catch-22.

Next month I'm on jury duty....hopefully it will be some nice simple 
case of concealed weapons, domestic abuse, murder or even 
malpractice (other case I've been on a jury or a panel) but NOT 
something involving copyright!

Judge:" What do you Know about copyright?"
ANswer "it's dead. Sonny Bono, the DMCA, and the failure of the 
DoJ to enforce Anti trust has killed it"
Judge:"Not in my courtroom it isn't. Contempt of court!"
