Well possession of tools means that somebody distributed them
and if I tell someone else that's distributing - Catch-22.
Next month I'm on jury duty....hopefully it will be some nice simple
case of concealed weapons, domestic abuse, murder or even
malpractice (other case I've been on a jury or a panel) but NOT
something involving copyright!
Judge:" What do you Know about copyright?"
ANswer "it's dead. Sonny Bono, the DMCA, and the failure of the
DoJ to enforce Anti trust has killed it"
Judge:"Not in my courtroom it isn't. Contempt of court!"
