Just re-reading the non-typo decision reminded me that
another ugly part is all the ass-kissing of Kaplan.
If the supreme court does overturn this one it would be
nice if they used opposite language to address this
court.
e.g. "In an extremely carefully crafted ..." would
become "In an amazingly reckless analysis ..."
