*That* deserves placement in a facial challenge to the law as
written. If not in a brief, perhaps in oral argument? ISTR that
"technology" is not specifically defined WRT 17USC1201, other than by
a vague tautology...
If the phrase "[B]anning a study, a field of [e]nquiry"
doesn't start shaking judicial heads, the heads in question could
rightly be assumed to require readjustment. With a clue-by-four.
