To protect and keep the sacred intellectual property from the screaming
hoards of hackers intent upon the pillage and plundering of the
intellectual property of the world YES! That's what the DMCA is for isn't
it.

Erm. right. Does contributing to a mailing list (vlc-devel, for
instance) count as conspiracy?
