IANAL but if found innocent and Adobe withdrawing support, Adobe may have
its own legal problems.....swearing out a false statement that caused
incarceration and prosecution.

Not as far as I am aware. It would go a long way toward rehabilitating
Adobe
in my eyes if *they* compensated Dmirty and his family in this way having
verbally withdrawn their support for the prosecution. Words are cheap.
