"By posting, sharing, forwarding, favoriting, liking, bookmarking, tweeting, and retweeting such statements, individuals across races engage in activist-oriented discourse online that centers Black lives as significant, while encouraging dissenters to evaluate their racist resistance to acknowledging that Black lives should and do matter," she said.
