Announce: RSS 2.0 Specification moves to Berkman

1. UserLand has transferred its RSS 2.0 specification to Berkman Center for Internet & Society.

2. An independent advisory board has been formed to promote the wider use of RSS.

3. A new website has been launched (this one) to host technology at Berkman Center.
