Notes

R-button states

Deep discussion on r-button states.

Do we need more than three?

1. No button - no VRM compliant services are available 2. Open Button - VRM compliant services are available, but no relationship action has been taken 3. Closed Button - VRM compliant services are vavailable, and at least one relationship action has been taken.

Demo

r-button demo from boston face to face was discussed. We reviewed the server-side work Asa has done. Joe has the client side stuff partially working (works as an "onload" function embedded in HTML, drawing on local files for relationship status, and has a XUL firefox plug-in that runs on onload for any page (but doesn't quite yet run the code correctly).

Our goal is to have something for IIW to spur further conversation.
