Ivo Corrêa served as the Secretary of Legal Affairs of the Executive Office of the President of Brazil. As the chief legal advisor for the Executive Office, he led the team responsible for coordinating and supervising the formulation of different public policies and all legislative initiatives of the Federal Government in Brazil. Prior to that, Mr. Corrêa worked as a Senior Policy Counsel at Google, where he formed and lead the Brazilian public policy team. At Google, Mr. Corrêa dealt with many tech and internet policy issues, including freedom of speech, intermediaries’ liability, privacy, net neutrality, cyber security, and copyright issues.
