Wendy Seltzer is visiting from Brooklyn Law School and Harvard's Berkman Center for Internet & Society. I spent several years litigating online civil liberties cases with Electronic Frontier Foundation, and built the Chilling Effects Clearinghouse to help online speakers understand their rights in response to cease-and-desist letters.
