Dr. Sara Cobb, Executive Director of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
Dr. Cobb discussed system design for pedagogy, negotiation, and other situations in which ultra-human interaction is critical. Prior to joining the PON, Cobb was a member of the faculty and Associate Dean of the Fielding Institute, a virtual accredited university which offers a postgraduate program of academic study in human and organizational change processes. In addition to the development and administration of Fielding's electronic learning environment, she taught graduate-level courses on qualitative research and conflict management; advised Ph.D. candidates; and developed an online certificate program in conflict management for managers.
