Yes, I was speaking ethically about how I think things should be, not how
they currently are. However, I do believe that, even under current law,
forgery of currency is handled differently (i.e. more severely) than
forgery of tokens used by private entities, such as train tickets or postage
stamps, at least here in Germany.
