This makes a lot of sense....the government want to go to trial but is 
denying their star witness to go to the trial.....case over. Government 0.

Assuming this is true, what implications does it have for the Sklyarov
case?  Does Elcomsoft go on trial without him?    Can the case be
dismissed because the company is being deprived of its witness?

Any thoughts from the lawyerly community would be welcome...
