You mean Vadasz, or others?  I know that there was an Intel
"Government Liaison" or somesuch at the recent Connectivity
2002 conference, and his line was, sure, Intel supports a
robust public domain through limited copyright terms (as per
the "limited support" brief the company submitted in
Eldred), but that Intel is working on content control
because of the "problem" of unbridled file sharing.  He also
seemed disturbed by the Chilling Effects Project's
presentation at the conference, asking what was wrong with
cease and desist letters since they were protecting
copyright.
