There are those of us who use Linux and cannot remove our ignorance
of how---at least the original DeCSS---works by downloading it.

But I admit that my point was to a large extent rhetorical.  

On the other hand, if there is a motion for rehearing and it tries
to make this point, there will be needed something more to establish the
fact than rhetorical questions.
