But see used car market, fully supported by car manufacturers and new car 
dealers - so long as they, not Vinny's Used CarMart, are the ones dealing 
in used cars.

(Yes, they forced/maneuvered themselves into having to support the market, 
on account of encouraging new car leasing instead of purchase, but still, 
they make money in the market.)
