Friday, April 21: Audiotape and Written Materials

The audio file runs approximately 1 hour. The material on the audio file is duplicated in some of the text materials. Class members can read the text along with the audio, or separately, as desired. You will have the entire weekend to absorb this information - you can listen to the audio and browse the text at any time.

The written materials also include hyptertext links to citations and background references. Neither the written materials nor the hyperlinked references are required reading.

The required question will be posted on the Discussion site. A written response will be due within 24 hours.

A chat room will be running from 4-5 P.M. on Monday, April 24 and Wednesday, April 26. Chat rooms operate in "real time" so faculty and teaching fellows will be available to respond promptly to your queries. However, since firewalls prevent many practitioners from accessing a chat room, this is not designed to be a time for group discussion, but rather for targeted questions unique to the participant.

4-5 P.M. Same as Monday's Office Hours.

Responses to the third and final question will be redistributed to other members of the class for a rebuttal which is also due within 24 hours. Responding to all 3 components is required to receive 3 hours of MCLE credit.

The responses prepared on Wednesday will be re-distributed to other members of the class for a rebuttal. Rebuttals due within 24 hours.
